South East Arts Prize Exhibition 2025

The South East Arts Prize Exhibition returns with a renewed passion for all forms of contemporary art.

The Prize is open to all Tasmanians and invites submissions from artists working across all mediums including ceramic, collage, drawing, painting, photography, print, sculpture, textile, video and watercolour.

To reflect the vision of South East Arts Tasmania Inc, in promoting the skills and creativity of local artists, we especially encourage artistic members of the community to enter the Prize to showcase the breadth of contemporary art practice and talent within the South East Region.

The Prize Exhibition will be held at the Sorell Memorial Hall, from Thursday 13 to Monday 17 November 2025. In an exciting evolution of the Prize, subject to agreement, there will be an opportunity for a curated selection of works to be displayed in an extension of the Prize Exhibition at Iron Creek Bay. Further details forthcoming.
